Top tips 7 - Take action, keep the momentum, remain effective & efficient

1. Revisit tips for steps 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6
   
2. Listen to the feedback that you get from everyone around you. Assume that you can learn from everything
   
3. Pay close attention to the result you are getting and continue to fine tune your plans and actions
   
4. Go for small successes as you build up momentum. Yet set yourself up for a long journey (better to arrive too early than to run out of steam too early)
